SATISFACTION SURVEY
You’ve likely heard the following: “This call is being recorded for quality assurance purposes.” We don’t say this – maybe we should. Our best way of working on quality assurance is to give you a chance to talk back and report your opinions.
The Satisfaction Survey process starts today which is aimed at employees as well as residents. This process has been an annual practice EXCEPT for last year – we were busy with other things.
- For RESIDENTS, a copy of the satisfaction survey will be delivered to your door. You’re asked to return the completed document to the front desk. Personal Care and Skilled Nursing Residents will be assisted by staff to complete.
- EMPLOYEES may complete the questionnaires electronically, using the following links: 2021 Employee Satisfaction Survey or https://forms.gle/kGEokSLqERjRxsHL9
- Deadline for completion is Friday, April 23.
Results will be tabulated and reports provided to you at a later time. The process is meant to give us indicators for improving practice and program. Thanks, in advance.
COVID-19.
On April 16, BUCKS COUNTY reported a POSITIVITY RATE OF 10.6% At least the rate has plateaued. But in spite of this we maintain the restriction on visitation for skilled nursing and Personal Care residents [appointments for outside visits can be arranged through the front desk or through SIGNUP GENIUS, accessed through the WEL website.]
AIR CONDITIONING
The switch-over to Air Conditioning will happen tomorrow. You’ll receive a robo/phone call when it’s completed. As you know this change happens every year in the spring and we switch back to heat in the fall. Because the weather doesn’t always follow our schedule we take our best shot on timing in order for building occupants to be optimally served.
PENDANTS
Just to reiterate, the emergency call system is up and operational – resident pendants work. The HOPE is always that they are not needed. But if they are, please use! Good day.
