Dear Residents, Families and Employees:
It is time again to conduct our annual satisfaction survey; we had a one-year lapse due to the pandemic and we are getting back on track. In addition to the regular questions, we have added some questions that focus on our efforts during the last year and would really like to hear from you. The survey is now open and will remain open until midnight Sunday, May 2. You can access it through the link below. Please remember, only one response per resident. Families and Residents may not both respond to the survey. Residents living in our Personal Care may request assistance from the Activities Team. For Residents in our Health Care Center, the Social Workers and Enhanced Living team will assist Residents who are able to respond independently. For Residents who are not capable of answering the questions, we strong encourage family members to respond.
We had one Employee test positive last week requiring us to place additional precautions and PPE utilization on our first floor only. Communal dining and group activities are on hold there until 4/29. Visitation can still be scheduled by calling our Receptionists at 215-844-0700.
