Dear Residents, Families and Staff,

The current positivity rates continue to fluctuate below 1%.  Pennsylvania as a whole has a positivity rate of 1.2%. The Montgomery County rate this week is .8% and last week it was .6%.

Apartment and Cottage Residents:

  • Effective Friday July 16th all fully vaccinated residents will no longer need to register in and out with the Accushield machine at the front entrance.
    • Any residents who are not fully vaccinated must continue to use the Accushield
  • Effective Friday July 16, 2021 residents will be able to exchange their white keycard for a grey fob at the reception desk.
  • Residents will be able to use the new grey fob to open the Wesley entrance door, personal care door, and the garage elevator.
  • Wearing a mask remains in effect in all common areas of the community.

Personal Care Residents, All visitors, Guests and Employees:

  • All PC residents, visitors, guests, contracted staff and employees are required to register in and out on Accushield.
  • Wearing a mask remains in effect in all common areas of the community.

Byberry Bistro and The Well:

  • Residents, visitors and guests are encouraged to gather in the Byberry Bistro and The Well to enjoy food and beverages.

Cornerstone and Keystone Dining:

  • The main dining rooms remain for residents only. (No visitors or guests).

In support of Wesley Enhanced Living’s (WEL) commitment to the health and safety of our residents, employees, and visitors, WEL will be mandating that all employees receive a completed series of the COVID -19 vaccine by September 1, 2021.

I would ask everyone who receives this memo to make an effort to keep pushing those you know who have not received the vaccine to do their part!  It is obvious that it is working! If a resident or staff member becomes vaccinated please notify us so that we can register your vaccination.
