COVID-19:
The positivity rate for Pennsylvania has decreased from 9.1% to 8.9% in the past week. For Montgomery County the positivity rate has decreased to 5.8% from 5.9%. This is a positive change that offers cautious optimism.
Yesterday, Wednesday September 22nd the FDA granted emergency use authorization of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine booster. We will keep you informed when we have more information about COVID vaccine booster shot clinics.
I continue to ask everyone who receives this memo to try to keep encouraging those you know who have not received the vaccine to do their part! Please vaccinate, don’t procrastinate.

Alarm System:
Beginning on Monday 9-27-2021 the contractors plan to begin plotting the system (laying out the signals from the transmitter / pendants in each apartment / room of the building). During this time, we will once again need access to the apartments. They will begin on the fourth floor and work their way down. They stated that they anticipate 1 week per floor. Due to the inability to know how long this will take in each unit we are not able to give any time frame regarding when or where.
We realize this is a big inconvenience for you. One of our maintenance Techs will be with them when they are doing this work, so we are able to access your unit and you do not need to be home if you have plans. If you wish to be home while we are doing this, we cannot say what time or day we will need access to your unit.
Salon Services:
Beginning on Monday October 4th the salon days will change. The salon will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays instead of Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please make reservations at the front desk.
