Due to the fact that we have had no new positives for 2 weeks and the positivity rate continues below 10% (it is 8.1% this week), we will return to testing asymptomatic residents monthly.
We had no new positives in the staff this past week. We will continue to rapid test staff twice a week, out of an abundance of caution.
We continue to have no positives in the Pines.
We have no positives in Independent Living.
Visitation continues for all levels indoor. The Meadows visits were well received by the residents, and I am sure it was a welcome event for our visitors as well!
We have secured a local pharmacy to provide us with an ongoing supply of vaccine onsite and our first clinic will be April 21st. In the meantime, we have also engaged in the county sites for appointments off site. Delaware County has clinics at Aston Community Center and Delaware County Wellness Center for the Moderna vaccine, Penn Medicine at Radnor for the Pfizer vaccine, and Delaware County Community College for the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, for those who are still in need of an appointment. This is not an exhaustive list, just the county sites. Pennsylvania is now at 1B phase and will start 1C this coming Monday, followed closely with 2(which is everyone) April 19th.
