Update for all WEL Burholme Residents and Families– 1/27/2021

Dear Residents, Families and Employees,

The First Vaccination Date has changed!

I just received notice from CVS-Omnicare, our vaccination partner, that our first vaccination date has been changed to Sunday February 7^th from 11am to 5pm. The second and third dates remain as March 5^th and March 26^th.

Over the next week we will be working with everyone to have the consent forms completed and getting copies of insurance cards. The vaccine itself is paid for by the government. Insurances will be billed for the supplies and people who administer the vaccine. There will be no out of pocket costs for the vaccination.
