I would like to inform you of some new managers and staff of Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland.

Chaplain:

Recently we added a new Chaplain to our staff, Erin Maurer. She is a United Methodist minister who has been appointed by the Bishop to serve WEL in a ministry of pastoral care. She’ll be at WEL Upper Moreland on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays. In addition to leading Sunday afternoon worship services at Upper Moreland, She’ll be offering spiritual and emotional support to the residents, families, and staff through individual visits, Faith Matters (an interfaith fellowship group), and new programs we  will plan together. Erin states, “I look forward to accompanying you on this journey called Life”.

Resident Life Services Manager:

We are very grateful for the interim services of Karen Doler. Karen has returned to WEL Doylestown full-time.

Effective Monday October 12th we will be welcoming Craig Vinciguerra as our new Full-time Resident Life Services Manager. Craig comes to WEL Upper Moreland from his most recent employment at Ann’s Choice as an Operations Associate where he worked in many departments to learn the operations of the community. He is certified as a Personal Care Home Administrator and Assisted Living Administrator. In his role at Upper Moreland he will oversee the resident life services and activities for WEL UM independent and personal care residents, manage the transportation program and community reception area while supervising the drivers and receptionists. He will serve as interim Personal Care Administrator when necessary. Craig looks forward to getting to know all of our residents, families, and staff.

Wellness Nurse:

We recently welcomed Roxanne (Roxy) Shy, LPN to our Personal Care staff. Roxy will be working in the afternoons providing assistance with wellness and maintaining updates with regards to Personal Care residents care status. She will meet with new residents and residents returning from the hospital or rehab to assure their personal care needs are met. She will also review resident’s medications and help to oversee the various clinics such as podiatry and laboratory services.
