Dear Residents, Families and Employees: 

I am pleased to let you know that we have not had any new cases of COVID-19 in our community, and currently are COVID-19 free.

For Bucks County, the transmission rate declined to moderate.  The positivity level for Pennsylvania is between 3 to 4.9%.  The 7-day metric for positivity as of today decreased to 2.52% since my last communication.   

I am extremely excited to announce that after 2 years of the Pandemic, Wesley Enhanced Living Doylestown is ready to invite family members and guests back to dine with their loved ones in our Bistro, The WEL Bar, or the Restaurant on the 1st floor.

The Days/Hours of Operation

Bistro           –         Monday through Friday for Lunch & Dinner

                              11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

                              Saturday for Dinner – 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

                              Sunday for Cold Sandwiches – 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Restaurant   –         Sunday Brunch by Reservation – 267-895-1178

11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

(Other days will vary as the community continues to hire more staff).  Announcements will go out to the residents each week as those days become available.

The WEL Bar –     Monday through Saturday 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

                              Sunday – 12:00 Noon to 3:00 p.m.

Process for charges in the Bistro, Restaurant or The WEL Bar is:

Cash is not accepted

Independent Living– The resident may choose to have the charges put on their account or payment can be made by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)

Personal Care & Health Center–  Due to billing complexities – charges cannot be placed on the resident’s account.  As above, payment can be made by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)

The other option is to purchase a Meal Gift Card:  

Meal Gift Cards – You may purchase a gift card in increments of $20.00 with the Bistro Cashier.  Payment can be made by check or a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).  Also, Meal Gift Cards can be replenished in $20.00 increments and are reusable, so do not throw away. 

The community continues to follow all previously announced screening protocols when you enter our community and during your visit.  All visitors and employees are required to wear masks at all times (except when drinking or eating).  For residents, we continue to strongly encourage the use of masks.
