Dear Residents, Families and Employees:

I am very disheartened to share that one of our health center residents has tested positive for COVID-19.  Based on CDC guidelines, this means that we have an “outbreak” of COVID in our health center.

As a result of this news, the upcoming visits scheduled to begin November 2 are cancelled.  There will be no visits for at least 30 days, and this is subject to be a long period of time if we have other positive cases in staff or residents. 

The monthly testing that was scheduled to begin for staff today has been initiated as scheduled.  Due to the fact that we had a positive resident, we will also be testing residents.

As part of the CMS requirements to keep you informed of COVID-19 activity within the health center of this community, please be advised of the following:
