Dear Residents, Families and Employees:
It is very unfortunate that I must share with you that an independent resident in the community was sent to the hospital and tested positive for COVID-19. As I write this memo, the staff has created a list of residents who were in contact with the positive resident, and are presently obtaining specimens for COVID-19 testing.
All residents who were in contact are required to remain in their rooms on strict isolation/quarantine for the next 14 days. Results of the tests will be provided upon receipt.
