Dear Residents, Families and Employees:
This memo is a reminder to our community that Sunday, February 21 will be the third and final vaccination clinic in the first round of COVID-19 vaccinations.
All independent living residents have been provided with an appointment time to come to Wesley Hall to receive your second vaccination. We have your consent forms, insurance information and vaccination card – all of the items that are needed. We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday for your second vaccination.
After your second vaccination our staff will collect the COVID vaccination card from you. We will copy and file in our records. We will then laminate all of those cards and provide you with your original card, laminated. Please allow us a week or two to complete this process.
We have the two dates for an additional COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic. The dates will be March 6 (first vaccination) and March 27 (second vaccination). Times for those clinics will be 11-5. These two dates will be the final opportunity, at least for the near future, of receiving a COVID-19 vaccination at WEL Pennypack Park.
These two confirmed dates will include all Personal Care Residents, Independent Living residents and staff who declined in the first round of vaccinations, and Health Center residents who are in need of the vaccination.
