Dear Residents, Families and Employees:

We are ready to welcome our visitors back beginning on Monday, August 10!

Ryan Lang, Melinda Lee and I have spent the past several days contacting all of our health center and personal care resident families to schedule appointments to visit with loved ones.  With the exception of a few people that we left voice mail messages for – we have a lot of visitors coming in and we’re really excited!

Just a few quick reminders for you:

  • Please be sure to have on a face mask
  • Wait in your car, we will come for you
  • Maintain social distancing at all times
  • Please no eating or drinking during your visit
  • Snacks, clothes and toiletries are fine to bring with you to return with the resident to their room
  • Have a wonderful visit!!

PDPH reports are positive, inasmuch as they note an increase in testing but in the 30-40 year old age group.  Positive cases are reducing, as well.  In Philadelphia they are reporting two positive cases in nursing homes.  We remain free of COVID-19, thankfully!

I realize that I am repeating myself, however, it is anticipated that we will follow a similar process when we invite independent living families back to the community for visits.  Please appreciate that we want to limit all visitors’ access to the full community due to the additional exposure, cleaning and sanitizing that will be required in public areas, elevators, etc.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with your questions or concerns.  You can send me an email directly at the address herein.
