We have seen no more positive tests in the Meadows since July and we continue to have no positive cases in the Pines with staff or residents to date.

In the Independent Living unit, we have shown no new positive tests and

we have had no new staff positives.

The Delaware County positivity rate has just gone up to above 4% for the first time in weeks.  The week ending 10/22/2020 sits at 4.78%.  The 4 week average is 3.78%.  If the rate rises above 5%, we will change how often we test the staff and Meadows residents, but nothing else will change.  The bellwether rate is 10%.  If we move above 10% as a county, we will have to move towards limiting outside visits to campus and also increasing testing frequency in Meadows and Pines due to the chance of community spread.

I will begin to update some statistics weekly and give an update on any changes that may occur as soon as possible.  For now, we are still green as a county and green as a community.

Just as a reminder, we have a wellness staff person onsite 24 hrs a day, so even if Wellness office is closed, there is someone here to assist you if needed.  You can pull your cord which will alert them.  We also have security(#484-638-2364) 24 hrs a day if you have a need. Another clarification for those who may have activities that take you out of the bldg. past 8pm.  Please come to the front entrance and call security for them to screen you for temperature.  Someone will come and open the front lobby.  Thank you all for your continued vigilance.
