As part of the CMS requirements to keep you informed of COVID-19 activity within the health center of this community, please be advised of the following:

| Based upon symptoms, we tested one Resident in our HCC. The rapid test came back positive as did the subsequent PCR test. We were able to determine the method of transmission. All other Residents in the neighborhood were tested and no other positive Residents or Employees were identified.
