Unfortunately we have a new positive staff member who works in the Meadows. They last worked on March 12th. This staff member had begun their vaccine process on March 2nd. As I noted yesterday, we had already done baseline testing with all Meadows residents, which came back with no new positives. We will test all residents again this Friday as the next baseline test for residents. Please keep this staff member in your thoughts and prayers.

The truly unfortunate byproduct of the positive test is we will now need to return to more restrictions in the Meadows till the 29th of March. This means that we will not be able to start indoor visitation until that date. If you had visits scheduled, please reach out to Ashley or Tammy to reschedule.
We have no new positives in Independent Living and we will maintain the apartment visitation beginning this weekend.
We continue to have no positives in the Pines and they will continue with their visitation.
Even though we are driving towards a full reopening and we will continue to push for the next step, please do not be discouraged with some setbacks. We continue to keep our eye on the future and every step back certainly is accompanied with a step and a half forward. Keep the faith. Spring is upon us and better days are ahead.
