[Name removed] helped us in a heroic manner, to move our beloved parents/grandparents into Wesley Stapley in Philly, from their apartment in NYC in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis. He worked with family members, and the vendor we hired to furnish their new unit—across the country, and across generations, in the most compassionate, helpfully responsive way imaginable. The facility he manages is bright, clean and filled with sunny windows that let in natural light and park views. When he face-timed me to give me a virtual tour of the premises from my California home, I met several staff people in the hall who were friendly, warm and clearly delighted to work there. The protocols in place to ensure the health of my in-laws, and all their residents, were reassuringly stringent. My in-laws will quarantine for 2 weeks before they can come out of their new, beautiful apartment, but then I believe that they will enjoy the facilities, staff, community, activities and their lovely, newly refurbished and remodeled apartment, when the Covid-19 season takes a break—hopefully by this summer. I can not recommend [name removed] or Wesley Stapley enough.
