We have been here for a few months and it really is a terrific place. They have cottages you can live in, or apartments in the main building. We chose to live in the cottages. There are 38 cottages which is terrific. They are attached to another person’s cottage at one point in the room, almost like a duplex, but you cannot hear them. The bedrooms are all carpeted, everything else is vinyl flooring which is really pretty and nice. The monthly price is very reasonable, we only have to pay for electricity and they pay for water. They also take care of everything, anytime something breaks they come to fix it or they replace it. The cottages also come with a garage, and somewhat of a driveway so one car can park in the garage and the other behind the car. The garages are also very wide and very deep, its like no other garage you have ever seen. The cottages also have very nice patios, they are about 8X10, and you can extend it for an additional fee. You can also put an awning out there if you want. It is surrounded by a lot of trees which is really pretty. This community is much cheaper than others in the area. The cottages also have a front porch, which helps us meet people outside and we can sit outside and mingle. This community has an upscale feeling to it, they recently got their liquor license, so they have a bar and a nice bartender and a new restaurant. They do have nursing care here, but we are not sure of the extent of that care since it is more independent living. Also the physical therapist and occupational therapist that comes are absolutely amazing.
